All courses and fun dives are subject to 18% GST as per government regulations.
To make a booking a 50% deposit is required.

Preferred slots for our pool session to the mentioned at the timings of booking.
Confirmation of dive booking will be based on payment confirmation.
Balance payments will be collected on reporting to the dive resort and can be made by cash or card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case the dive trip is cancelled due to acts of God / security reasons, guest will be charged 60% of course fee as per rate card, as pool Training, Instructor Fee, PADI Fee and Legal Fee for documentation is paid all in advance.
Cancelation 48 hours to same day /no-show or cancellation from side of the guest while the dive experience: 100% Non refundable (No Dive credits)
Cancelation / No Show 7 days to 48hrs before dive day: 100% amount is non - refundable.
Cancelation/ No Show 14 days to 7 days before dive day:a 50% amount will be refunded.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the dive days a 100% will be refunded (except total applicable bank fees
In case of dive aborted for bad visibility for Fun Dive/ DSD only dive rewards will be provided
In case dive is aborted during a course by the instructor the training dive shall be re scheduled.
Dive Course where re-scheduling is applicable shall be re-scheduled within 1 year, courses are non-refundable..
In the case the student requires more attention and is unable to finish the course within the training days an extra fee for extra dives will be charged
All refunds will be made within 7 working days by RTGS transfer. In the case of any exchange rate applicable the transfer fee/ exchange rate will be adjusted at the time of refund. and will be claimed from the guest.

It's always better to book in advance, as to plan your dive and vacation well before time. In case of tentative travel plans and dive dates you may select a preferred date and make a booking.
