Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI Eco-Open Water Diver course – the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course. To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course (or) Junior Open Water Diver course, you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.
Academic
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills.
Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore!
Equipment
In the PADI Open Water Diver course, you learn to use basic scuba gear, including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device and a tank. The equipment you wear varies, depending upon whether you’re diving in tropical, temperate or cold water. Your PADI Instructor will explain the equipment you need and may suggest additional educational materials, such as the required logbook.

You will need to start your adventures in Discover Scuba Diving with sunscreen Lotion, Hand towel, Sun Glasses, easy footwear a spare T-shirt.

WHO IS THIS DIVE FOR?
PADI Eco-Open Water course is suitable for anyone willing to obtain their worldwide scuba diving license.
HOW DEEP AND HOW LONG IS EACH DIVE?
On Day 2 of your course, you will go to a maximum depth of 12m, under a close supervision of your Instructor at all times.
On Day 4 of your course, you will go to a maximum depth of 18m, under a close supervision of your Instructor at all times.
Duration of each dive will be 35-45 minutes.
WHAT DO I LEARN IN THE PADI OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE?
The course covers three modules of the ‘knowledge development’ section of PADI Open Water Diver course.
Module 1: The underwater world, Dive equipment, Scuba systems, Buddy system.
Module 2: Adapting to the underwater world, Respiration, Dive equipment, Buddy system communication and procedures.
Module 3: Dive environment, Dive planning, Boat diving, Problem management.
Module 4: Dive accessories, Health for diving, Breathing air at depth.
Module 5: Dive table and computer procedures, Using the dive table (RDP – Recreational Dive Planner), Basic compass navigation, Dive safety practices summary.
Module 6: Marine Pollution and Dive against Debris
WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?
As a qualified PADI Open Water Diver, you are able to dive anywhere in the world to a maximum depth of 18m with a buddy of the same level or higher.
If you want to take your scuba diving experience and knowledge to the next level, then the PADI Advanced Open Water course is for you! On this course, you will learn new procedures and techniques to allow you to dive safely to a maximum depth of 30m.
